What is 21 Day Fix?
Although I will always love P90X, 21 Day Fix has become my new favorite program. The reason? It’s extremely efficient. The workouts are 30 minutes a day – only 2.5 hours a week, yet the program produces spectacular results. There are a variety of workouts to keep things interesting and the 30 minutes flies by. The nutrition plan is incredible and foolproof. If you commit to this program, I PROMISE you will see results.
I host monthly challenge groups which will keep you accountable to your goals. You will receive daily support and accountability from me and your fellow challengers which will make you excited and motivated to complete the program. The challenge is hosted on an incredible app called the My Challenge Tracker App.
