Join My Challenge Group & Make BIG Strength and Fitness Gains in Just 21 Days

Based on Feedback on my 21 Day Fix Extreme post, I’m starting a challenge group! The group will start on May 9th, the day after Mother’s Day and will end just in time for the kickoff of SUMMER (aka Memorial Day weekend). I can’t tell you how much more motivating it is to do a home workout program while you’re a part of a group who is going through the same thing. You’ll have a lot more motivation to push play when you know that someone is going to notice if you didn’t do it! I encourage you to join the challenge even if these dates don’t work perfectly for you (i.e. you have a vacation planned, you’ll be traveling for work or it’s your birthday). There’s never a perfect time – just do it (if you want extra motivation, google 21 Day Fix Extreme before and After Photos)

Here are the high level details (specifics will be sent via email to those interested):
✅Portion control eating plan
✅Superfood Shake to help cut cravings and gain more energy (lots of flavor options!)
✅30 Minute Workouts (perfect for parents, 9-5ers and just busy people!)
✅Online accountability via an interactive, private and personal Facebook group (you can do anything for 21 days and having a group to cheer you on will inspire and motivate you, I promise!!)

I anticipate most of my group will be doing 21 Day Fix Extreme but I’ll post the 21 Day Fix workout each day too so you can do either plan. I think most people can handle Extreme (there is always a modifier for each move) but if you are very new to fitness, you’ll want to get 21 Day Fix.

    I’m in! Just wrote about how valuable strength training is for all women, and I should follow my own advice! What sort of equipment do you need?

      You need a set of heavy and light weights (I’d recommend either 3s and 8s or 5s and 10s – if you have more you may want them but not necessary), a mat, and a resistance band. That’s it!
