A huge part of being a coach is understanding how transformations happen and the tools that you have access to. We’re going to get into all of it!
Each day will have two components:
- A fitness component that will allow you to experience the products first hand.
- A business component, how we get paid to create a positive impact in the world.
Day 1: Workout program begins. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be shredded to be a coach, but it helps if you enjoy the product, so we’ll give it try.
Day 2: Nutrition
Next Steps: If you think this is for you, then you can take the reigns in your life and become a coach. At the end of 7 days, you’ll know exactly what it takes to find success and you can start.
If not, no worries. Just give yourself some love for trying something new. That in itself takes courage and should be rewarded.
