What Do I Need to Complete the 80 Day Obsession?
80 Day Obsession is a program that will change your life! I hope that you’ll take it seriously and commit completely, which includes investing in the Performance Line products which will help you get the most of out of your workouts. I always take a recovery drink in addition to my Shakeology while in intense training (such as marathon training or P90X) and I truly believe it makes a difference in your energy level and results. You can save a TON by purchasing all the Performance Line products you’ll need for the entire program at once by going with the Mega options below, or you can just get one order (you will NOT be set up on auto-ship) of the Recover and Energize supplements. Last, you can opt out of all the Performance Line supplements and just get the program, shakes and required equipment.
Beachbody Performance Recover Key Ingredients:
- Pomegranate Extract (scientifically shown to promote faster muscle recovery while helping to manage exercise-induced muscle soreness)
- 20 grams whey protein (no vegan option available yet)
- BCCAs ( ideal 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine, branched-chain amino acids that are unique for their ability to help promote muscle synthesis and support rebuilding)
Beachbody Performance Energize Highlights:
- Pre-workout formula that will give you a serious energy boost and allow you to lift more and push harder
