Based on Feedback on my 21 Day Fix Extreme post, I’m starting a challenge group! The group will start on May 9th, the day after Mother’s Day and will end just in time for the kickoff of SUMMER (aka Memorial Day weekend). I can’t tell you how much more motivating it is to do a home workout program while you’re a part of a group who is going through the same thing. You’ll have a lot more motivation to push play when you know that someone is going to notice if you didn’t do it! I encourage you to join the challenge even if these dates don’t work perfectly for you (i.e. you have a vacation planned, you’ll be traveling for work or it’s your birthday). There’s never a perfect time – just do it (if you want extra motivation, google 21 Day Fix Extreme before and After Photos)

✅Online accountability via an interactive, private and personal Facebook group (you can do anything for 21 days and having a group to cheer you on will inspire and motivate you, I promise!!)
I anticipate most of my group will be doing 21 Day Fix Extreme but I’ll post the 21 Day Fix workout each day too so you can do either plan. I think most people can handle Extreme (there is always a modifier for each move) but if you are very new to fitness, you’ll want to get 21 Day Fix.

You need a set of heavy and light weights (I’d recommend either 3s and 8s or 5s and 10s – if you have more you may want them but not necessary), a mat, and a resistance band. That’s it!
