In March I hosted my first ever, free 10 day virtual bootcamp. The bootcamp includes 10 days of workouts (free with a trial of Beachbody on Demand), a nutrition plan and healthy recipes. I had 16 people go through the boot camp and the results were amazing!
Of course I have to share some of the results with you. Of the people who reported to me their weight loss, the average weight loss was 3.5 pounds, with the most weight loss being 7.6 pounds! Amazing! This is JUST 10 DAYS! Imagine what you could do with 21, 30 or 90 days!?
Here’s just some of the feedback I got from the free 10 day bootcamp challenge:

Becuase March went so well, I’m doing it again on April 3rd. This bootcamp is for people who are new to Beachbody (due to the nature of the 30 day trial) and aren’t currently working with a coach.
