This time of year can be rough, right? As we head into these final, busy and holiday-filled months of the year you may be tempted to say “Screw it! I’ll start January 1.” Wouldn’t it feel A LOT better to head into the new year knowing you didn’t take 2 steps back over the last few months?

On November 1st, I’m hosting a new type of one week challenge group. The program is called Clean Week and it’s a great introduction to online workouts for those who aren’t so sure if it’s for them. The workouts are great for beginners, pregnant and postpartum moms (if approved by your doctor of course), AND more experienced athletes who want to add strength training into their running routine. The modifier in these workouts shows you the more advanced move for those who want to bump it up a notch or two (whereas most programs the modifier shows the easier move). I tried the workouts last week and I had a blast and was sore – I alternated between the normal move and the more advanced, depending on how I felt. The workouts are effective, just 30 minutes, and fun!
The program also includes a nutrition plan and a 7 day sampler of Shakeology. I’ll be hosting a virtual accountably group is our free My Challenge Tracker app. The group will be small and intimate, with only those doing Clean Week included. I’ll be checking in with you daily and providing recipes, nutrition support and motivation.
