How Much Does it Cost to be a Beachbody Coach??

I’m often asked, “How much does it really cost to become a Beachbody coach?” The great news is that becoming a Beachbody coach is VERY low risk and very affordable and you can make income as soon as your first DAY as a coach!

My Beachbody Coach Story

My Family

I became a Beachbody coach in May of 2016 as an overwhelmed, unfulfilled new mom working in corporate finance. I was 8 months postpartum with my daughter and had used Beachbody programs, specifically P90X and 21 Day Fix along with my running, to lose the baby weight. I didn’t expect to fall in love with the community of women in our online accountability groups, aka challenge groups.

I started coaching with a lot of fears and hesitations but I believed in what Beachbody had to offer and knew that by sharing it I would be able to help other women. I never anticipated my coaching business would create a full time income – the extra money was a nice bonus to help with the extra unpaid maternity leave I took.

Once I went back to work, I kept Beachbody coaching while working full time, pumping, commuting and doing daycare drop offs. I’m a runner who combines Beachbody programs with my training and I was also training for the New York Marathon. Needless to say, I had VERY little time but managed to fit in coaching in small pockets of time within my day (I’m talking just 30 minutes some days) and I truly enjoyed doing it so it felt like a hobby, not like work.

Now, I have 3 small children (I had twins while being a coach!) and I’m earning a full time income* as a Beachbody coach while working part time hours that are flexible. I’m in control of my schedule and I’ve never been more fulfilled by a career in my life. I’ve made incredible friendships with like minded, positive women who lift each other up and I’ve earned free incredible vacations where I get to hang out with them and relax! I keep myself accountable and I inspire and motivate others to do the same.

What Does it Cost to Be a Beachbody Coach

Beachbody Coaching Fees

Start Up Costs: How Much Does it Cost to Enroll as a Beachbody Coach?

You have 3 options when you enroll as a Beachbody coach:

  1. Pay the new coach fee of $39.95.
  2. Sign up with a challenge pack such as the Beachbody on Demand All Access Challenge Pack or a Shakeology or Performance line completion pack and get the coach fee waived. A completion pack gets you VIP access to a new program included with your supplement purchase.
  3. If you have previously purchased a challenge or completion pack, you can pay the $39.95 during coach enrollment and then have it refunded by filling out the Challenge Pack FREE Coach Enrollment form.

Monthly Coach Fee: How Much Does it Cost to Be a Beachbody Coach?

The cost to maintain your Beachbody business is VERY small.  The Beachbody Business Services fee covers your Beachbody website and the credit card processing fees of all your customer orders (you do not have to carry inventory, your customers order directly from your site), a 25% discount that you earn on your own products, and access to coach tools, trainings and resources.

As a coach, you pay a $15.95/month fee that is automatically applied to the credit card you used to sign up. This Beachbody Business Services fee begins 30 days after you enroll.

Military Discount

If you qualify for the Military Waiver program, your coach fees are free.

Staying Active as a Beachbody Coach: Do I Need to Buy Anything to be an Active Beachbody Coach?

Success Club Trip

You technically do NOT have to buy anything in order to be a Beachbody coach, but obviously it makes sense to consume the products you’re selling because hopefully you enjoy them yourself!

To remain in active status as a Beachbody coach and to receive commissions, you must buy or sell 50 PV (personal volume). This is approximately $50 in product. You do NOT have to purchase it yourself. If you sell one challenge pack it would cover it.

To qualify for monthly rewards and to earn the free annual Success Club trip , you must have a recurring order of at least 90PV. If you are on Shakeology, Performance Line or order 3 boxes of Beachbars per month, this would qualify.

What If I Just Want To Enroll as a Beachody Coach For the Discount

Beachbody Coaching

Many people enroll as a Beachbody coach simply for the discount! If you a regular Shakeology drinker or use any of our products regularly, it makes a lot of sense to sign up for the discount. You will save $30 per bag of Shakeology and pay a $15/month fee, netting to $15/month savings.

All of my discount coaches have the option to refer a friend and receive the commission, but add them to my accountability groups.

What Commitment Is Needed to Be a Beachbody Coach?

There is no commitment to be a Beachbody coach. Your challenge pack has a 30 day money back guarantee and you can cancel your coach account at any time without ANY fees.
