I hope you’re doing well. I hope that you’re healthy and safe and staying sane during this uncertain time. For me, running has been such a positive escape for me – a time to get out of the house and be alone now that we’re home 24/7 with 3 kids 4 and under with no help!
Despite it being an escape, I admit, I’m in a little running funk.
Even though running is my sanity right now, I’m finding myself unsure of what exactly to even do right now.
I can’t run with my friends.
I can’t run with my training group.
I have no race on the calendar.
I am running but there’s not much purpose behind it.
That’s why I am SO PUMPED to announce the Run the World Virtual race & training group!! I’ve teamed up with professional running coach Sam Friedel to create a 6 week running and home workout training plan and virtual training group!
Run the World Virtual Race
The Run the World virtual race will take place on May 30th. This will be an informal race for the distance 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. We’ll record our times in Strava and have a virtual after party!!!
Use this time at home to become a stronger, more resilient runner and train virtually with our community in a private accountability app!

This is something I’ve been wanting to offer for so long and now seems like the PERFECT time when so many need support, community and direction. I can’t wait!!
