Beachbody’s new program, Fire and Flow, launches on Beachbody on Demand on May 24th! I am a runner who combines every Beachbody program with my running. This post will help you understand if Fire & Flow would be a great program for you and your running.
What are Workouts Like in Fire & Flow

Fire and Flow workouts are balanced to help you train smarter and avoid burnout. This program focused on training you like an athlete. As runners, we know that. we need a balance of both easy running and hard running. The same concept applies here with Fire & Flow – you’ll work hard, and then recover every other day.
Fire Workouts
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, you’ll bring the FIRE with Jericho. with high intensity strength & HIIT style workouts. Compound moments in strength days to create incredible conditioning effect to get fitter faster. There is a modifier named Kaylee (can be made 100% non impact) and intensifier to increase
Flow Workouts
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays you’ll FLOW with Elyse with non impact workouts with pilates, barre, yoga and mobility style moves. However, don’t be fooled – you’ll still be working hard on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You may actually feel the burn MORE due to static poses. On Saturdays, you’ll stretch it all back out!
Running With Fire And Flow
Fire and Flow is a fun workout program choice for runners. It will help you get stronger & also more mobile and flexible. I believe that runners who have a hard time slowing down are the ones who need the flow workouts the MOST!!!
However, since the program is 6 days a week, runners may need to modify the program in order to make it manageable and to hit their goals. I will provide 2 schedules to combine Fire & Flow and running as part of my Fire, Flow and Form group (details below).

The Group Begins June 6th and Includes:
- Choice of 2 run schedules (2-3 runs/week or 4-5 runs/week) that incorporate the Fire & Flow workouts along with running.
- Weekly form drills from a certified run coach to help you improve your running form and cadence so you can run more efficiently. These are incorporated into a run so it’s not extra time for you.
- Guidance, tips. encouragement and FUN in a private accountability group on Facebook.
