A brand new version of one of the most popular Beachbody programs of ALL time, Muscle Burns Fat (#MBF) is here!! #MBF is also one of my favorite BODi programs for runners including half marathon runners and even full marathoners.

What is the #MBF Super Block?
A BODi Super Block is a monthly remake of the best Beachbody programs. #MBF , or “Muscle Burns Fat” is designed to help you build muscle and burn fat. The program is efficient, quick (30 min workouts) and really does work, which is why it’s one of the most popular Beachbody programs of all time. It’s also one of my favorite Beachbody programs for runners. (Read my blog post with my #MBF and running hybrid here).
All Super Blocks are 3 weeks long (5 workouts/week) with a 4th “UP” week , regardless of the format of the original program. The trainers take the most popular and favorite workouts & re-create them into ALL new workout with ALL NEW moves, using a similar style to the original program.
I was part of the 21 Day Fix Super Block filming, and it was an incredible experience. The moves were challenging and new to me, yet it still had the feel of 21 Day Fix. Another perk of the super blocks is that the workouts are set to hit music and the trainers get to choose the playlist.
There are 5 workouts in the #MBF Super Block:
Mondays: Lower Body Burn
Tuesdays: Core & Glute Circuit
Wednesday: Upper Body Burn
Thursdays: Core Circuit
Fridays: Power Ignite
