BODi, formerly known as Beachbody, has made a huge transformation in the last year. And with any change, some people think its good, and others think it’s bad.
Beachbody Coaches Leaving in 2023
In the post pandemic world, the company I have partnered with for the last 7 years, BODi, has been going through a transformation, just as many of the businesses in the online space have been. Last year, we announced a name change from Beachbody to BODi, which marked the beginning of a “new era” where we focus less on an “end goal” and more on accepting and loving ourselves WHILE we work to improve ourselves.
Over the last year, this transition has tested the company. It’s caused many partners to re-evaluate and think: Am I all in , or am I out?
In 2023, there have been Beachbody coaches (now called BODi Partners) who have left the business to pursue other things. I do not judge these people – I do not believe anyone should so something they no longer feel aligned with.
The Future I See With BODi in 2024 and Beyond

But then it innovated and became an industry leader that was unstoppable?
This past weekend at our annual BODi Leadership Retreat, I truly started to see the possibilities unfolding with our new strategy and business initiatives. And I’m all in.
As a former CPA and business major, I understand that the economy and companies go through ups and downs and that is is normal. I know that the BEST companies have innovated and used recessions to build BETTER and stronger.
I had this moment sitting in the audience where I imagined BODi’s future bigger than I’ve ever dreamed it – as the leading and ONLY health, fitness and mindset platform that changes millions of lives. As the “Apple” of the fitness world. In the past 7 years, our company has launched 70 NEW workout programs or high quality nutrition supplements. The amount of incredible content available to our users is beyond what any other company has.
But we’re not stopping the innovation.
How BODi Is Changing in 2024
This weekend our CEO & the BODi corporate team shared SO many exciting announcements, but here are some of the ones that make my belief in this company and our mission unshakable:
Growth Day and BODi Partnership
We are partnering with Growth Day and Brendon Burchard, rated a “top 5 mindset and performance coach in the world” by USA Today. Not only are were now going to be offering Growth Day masterclasses to current BODi subscribers, but the Growth Day subscription will be an offering THROUGH BODi!! Growth Day features personal development trainings, masterclasses and more from leaders in the industry like Mel Robbins, Ed Mylett and Jenna Kucher.
Brendon Buchard Will Train and Mentor BODi Partners
Brendon will be the Chief Growth and Performance Advisor to the company. He’ll be leading vital tactical business and mindset trainings specifically for BODi Partners at both the partner and leader level. Brendon believes in this company (as a user of the programs and products himself) and is pumped to partner with us!
BODi Adds Compensation Plan Incentives for Newer and Growing Partners
There’s never been a better time to start a business with BODi. Our new compensation plan has allocated new funds to newer partners and is awarding a NEW quarterly bonus to the first leadership rank, Diamond. There is also a new monthly bonus paid to partners who are growing teams. In addition to earning commission and bonuses on our current products, BODi partners will now earn commissions on Growth Day subscriptions as well.
Shaun T ‘s Dig Deeper Program Is Going to Be a HUGE Success
The new program that I’m trying now as part of the test group, Shaun T’s “Dig Deeper” is going to TRANSFORM people’s bodies and minds. The test group results were shared at the conference and the transformations were mind blowing (every single person had visible muscle growth & one man lost 52 pounds in 3 months).
