For the last 4 years, I have helped runners run new distances, PR races, build muscle, dial in their nutrition and have FUN while training for races with my virtual training clubs. We create hybrid BODi and running plans & coach runners to run PRs and cover new distances or even get back into running after a break.
In 2023, my business partner & RRCA certified run coach Jen Steele and I launched the Best Run Year Ever BODi & Running Training Club. We celebrated 214 races in total over the course of the year with our Sunday Shout Outs! We celebrated countless PRs, proud moments & new distances covered and we embraced and accepted every runner, no matter their setbacks or successes.
We hosted 11 monthly calls with expert guest speakers to share on topics ranging from racing strategies, the mental side of training and racing, and how to recover the day of your race. Every Monday we set 3 goals for the week, every Tuesday, there was a new recipe or nutrition tip shared and Jen answers your questions every Thursday. It was a great year and I want to say CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who completed their races or simply showed up for themselves and grew as a runner this year.
In the fall, we launched our small group Facebook chats and we noticed that the group was more interactive than our larger BOD group community. I led the September/October half marathoner chat & the chat inspired ME, the coach! From asking questions about things like what gels to use, to giving each other encouragement on the hard days and laughing about our husbands opinions of our running, our little chat was a really fun place to be in those final months of training.
And while we provided training plans, we noticed that some of you really wanted a deeper level of customization and support. And Jen and I really wanted to give it to you, but we also knew we could not give that level of customization to more than a small group of runners at at time.
We really want to work more closely with those of you who want and need it. Without further ado, introducing the….
RUN STRONG: BODi & Half Marathon or Marathon Training Club

The Run Strong Spring Half & Full Marathon Training Club Includes:
- Custom Training Plan. A custom training plan for YOU of either 16 (half) or 20 weeks (full) with individual paces and workouts based on your current fitness and life schedule. This will also include specific strength training and mobility workouts from BODi. Training plan includes 2 weeks post race for optimal recovery.
- Ongoing Support & Accountability from 2 Coaches. When you join the training club, you’ll get access to our small private chat with other runners doing your same race distance. You’ll receive motivation, check-ins, tips, and accountability. When something comes up – whether it’s travel, pain, or a setback , you’ll be able to get guidance on how to move forward. This will dramatically increase your consistency!!
- Knowledge & Resources. Access to a private google drive with resources for training reflections, run fueling education, run fueling tracking, and more.
- Pre-race strategy call with me to talk through any race day nerves, from race pacing to fueling to traveling and getting to the start line, we have you covered!

RUNNING & BODI FACEBOOK COMMUNITY
Want to work with a BODI Partner who understands runners needs?
If you aren’t training for a Spring race or simply do not want or need the level of support we’re offering in Run Strong, the 2nd way I will support runners in 2024 is with my new Run the World BODi & Running Facebook community! After spending hours and hours in Facebook groups while planning our Europe trip and my Grand Canyon Hike, I realized that Facebook groups are simply a more organic way to engage and share and create true community.
I want you to feel like this is a place you can go where people get you.
I want it to be your go-to place for running questions & advice.
I want it to be both coach AND user led – meaning you can ask questions and share things in the group too! This is also a place for me to store all the resources I have created over the years including my free running & BODi schedules (there will be no new race training plans added – that is what Run Strong is for).
