My Most Recent Transformation
After I had my twin girls, I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to get back to running and fitness at the same level. By following Beachbody workouts, nutrition & using our supplements I was able to get into the best shape of my life as a mom of 3 under 3.
Over the past 4 years, I’ve hosted one of these groups almost every month. Hundreds of women have joined to run faster, get stronger, lose weight, feel more confident in their skin, break through plateaus and make permanent, healthy changes to their lifestyle. Here are a few of their stories:
