My first child, Siena was born on October 3rd, 2015. I stayed very active during my pregnancy, running two half marathons and several 5ks. I stopped running at 33 weeks but continued to be active with yoga, spin and barre classes, hiking and walks through the day I gave birth.
In preparation for a natural labor, my husband and I attended Bradley Method classes to have a natural birth.
